Frequently Asked Questions

What is Rainbow Jade?

Rainbow jade refers to jade displaying multiple natural hues within a single stone. Each piece is unique, with its own pattern of color and translucency.

How should I care for my jade jewelry?

Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, and sudden temperature changes, and store pieces separately to prevent scratches.

Why do pieces vary in color?

Jade is a natural material, so color, veining, and texture differ from stone to stone. Your piece may look slightly different from product photos — a mark of its individuality.

How can I find the right ring or bangle size?

Measure a ring or bangle you already own that fits comfortably, then compare it with the sizing details on the product page. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll be happy to help.

How do I get in touch with questions about an order?

REPAIRS & ADJUSTMENTS

What to Expect When Your Piece Needs Care

Even well-loved jewelry needs a little attention now and then. Here’s how we approach common repairs and adjustments, so you know what to expect before you get in touch.

Loose Stones & Cubic Zirconia

If a stone feels wobbly or you hear it rattle, stop wearing the piece and keep it in a pouch. Loose settings can usually be carefully re-secured so the stone sits firmly again.

Missing Stones

Lost a stone? Send us a photo and the product name. We’ll look for the closest possible match — as natural gemstones and jade vary, a replacement may differ slightly in shade or pattern.

Flimsy or Broken Clasps

Clasps, jump rings and chain links can loosen with daily wear. Where a clasp no longer closes securely, it can typically be tightened or swapped for a sturdier one.

Cleaning & Polishing

Dull or cloudy pieces can often be brought back with a gentle, stone-safe clean and polish. We avoid harsh chemicals and ultrasonic methods that could harm jade and delicate settings.

Tarnish & Colour Changes

Silver naturally darkens over time, and plating can wear with use. Surface tarnish can usually be polished away; worn plating or deeper discolouration may need refinishing, which we’ll discuss with you first.

How the Process Works

Contact us with your order details, a short description and clear photos. We’ll assess the piece, explain the options and any costs or timing, and only proceed once you’re happy.

JEWELRY CARE

Caring for Your Metals

A little everyday care keeps your pieces bright and beautiful for years. Here’s how to look after 925 silver and stainless steel.

925 Sterling Silver

  • Wear it often – natural skin oils help prevent tarnish.
  • Put jewelry on last, after perfume, lotion and hairspray.
  • Remove before swimming, showering, cleaning or exercising.
  • Polish gently with a soft silver cloth; avoid paper towels and harsh chemicals.
  • Store in an airtight pouch or box, separate from other pieces, to slow tarnishing and prevent scratches.

Stainless Steel

  • Durable and resistant to rust and tarnish – made for everyday wear.
  • Clean with warm water and a drop of mild soap, then rinse well.
  • Dry thoroughly with a soft, lint-free cloth to keep its shine.
  • Avoid bleach, chlorine and abrasive cleaners that can dull the finish.
  • Store pieces separately to avoid scratching softer jewelry.

Gemstone Care

Material

Each piece is shaped from carefully selected jade and finished by hand, so the natural colour and texture of the stone stay at the centre of the design.

Care

Wipe your jewelry with a soft, damp cloth and dry it gently. Avoid harsh chemicals and sudden temperature changes, and store each piece separately to prevent scratches.

Sustainability

We design timeless pieces meant to be worn for years, not seasons — an approach that values lasting quality over fast trends.
